传统知识和艺术法律援助专项基金

宗旨：珍爱并致力于延续人类的文化基因，推动传统知识和艺术的传承与创新，保护文化多样性，为文化共同体、传承人和艺术家提供科学技术和法律援助。

活动范围：援助在中国境内所进行的有益于传统知识维护、延续、发展的活动，回应中国艺术家在创作过程中所面对的法律问题，从技术和法律层面，关注、声援、推动有关活动开展。

支持项目：符合本专项基金宗旨的学术研究、田野调查、信息交流和基地建设等机构或个人项目。

提供服务：提供版权登记代理、商标注册代理、专利申请、知识产权经营指导和咨询，以及其他相关技术和法律咨询及培训服务，所获资金将全部用于基金支持项目。对于大额捐赠者，我们将为捐赠者提供为期一年的无偿咨询服务。

Legal Aid for TK and Art

We,

Cherish and are devoted to the sustaining of human cultural gene, pushing forward the inheritance and innovation of Traditional Knowledge（TK） and art, protecting cultural diversity and providing scientific, technical and legal aid for cultural communities, inheritors and artists.

We provide aid in fields of,

activities that are beneficial to the maintenance, sustain and development of TK within China; respond to legal issues facing Chinese artists in the process of art creation and express our concern and support and propel the implementation of relative activities from the prospective of technology and law.

We support institutional or individual projects of,

academic research, field research, information exchange and base construction that are conforming to the aim of this special fund.

We can provide you the following services:

LATKA acts as agent for copy right registration, trademark registration, patent application, provides guidance and consultation of intellectual property rights operation, and other related technical and legal consulting and training services. All earnings from these services will be used to projects supported by the fund. For large donators, we provide one-year free consultation services for them.
